May 10th 2016: (Chicago, IL) The BFMA, The Organization for Forms and Business Process Professionals annual conference kicks off this week... The BFMA / DOCUMENT Strategy Forum features a total of nine conference tracks; including Document Strategy, Technology, and Customer Engagment. Topics covered at the conference include: User Journey mapping, Customer Experience, Accessibility, Document usability, User Experience (UX Design) and mobile user experience.
